Your county has four firms competing for the same search.

Three of them are paying an agency for it, and the one that ranks is not necessarily the best lawyer. It is the one whose site answers the question the searcher actually typed.

That gap is closeable, and it does not take a five thousand dollar retainer to close it. It takes consistent authority building, content aimed at the searches that come before the decision, and a site structure that separates your practice focuses instead of collapsing them into one page.

The tiers, and which one a family law firm needs

Basic and Silver exist and they work, but five or ten keyword targets will not cover a firm competing on divorce, custody and a county name at the same time. We would rather tell you that here than let you discover it in month three.

Basic

$65 /mo

  • 5 keywords
  • 5 guest posts
  • 5 web 2.0s
  • 1,500 amplification
  • 8 to 10 days

Five keyword targets will not cover a firm competing on divorce, custody and a county name at the same time. It works, but not for that.

Silver

$125 /mo

  • 10 keywords
  • 10 guest posts
  • 10 web 2.0s
  • 3,000 amplification
  • 10 to 12 days

Ten targets covers one practice focus in one county. If that is genuinely your whole market, this is enough.

Golden

$235 /mo

  • 20 keywords
  • 20 guest posts
  • 20 web 2.0s
  • 5,000 amplification
  • 12 to 14 days

The first tier with the technical audit and content gap analysis. A sensible starting point for a solo practitioner in a single county.

Best value

Platinum

$325 /mo

  • 40 keywords
  • 30 guest posts
  • 30 web 2.0s
  • 10,000 amplification
  • 14 to 16 days

Forty targets is enough to cover several practice focuses and a county without the pages competing with each other. This is what most family law firms need.

Titanium

$575 /mo

  • 100 keywords
  • 50 guest posts
  • 50 web 2.0s
  • 20,000 amplification
  • 16 to 18 days

For a firm competing across several counties or carrying more than one domain. Adds the toxic link check with disavow.

Prices shown are the monthly subscription. One time orders run slightly higher and are listed in full on the program builder.

What arrives, and when

quiet office interior, wide, natural light
  • Keyword and county mapping. One page per practice focus, one target per page, and no two pages competing with each other. This is where most law firm sites are quietly broken.

  • Authority building. Guest placements on DA 20+ hosts and Web 2.0 properties on DA 50+, with amplification behind them. Every one reported with the URL.

  • On page work. Titles, headings, internal linking and schema, with the technical audit and content gap analysis included from Golden upward.

  • A report you can audit. Placements, live URLs, host authority, target keyword. Plain English, no dashboard login, about four minutes to read.

  • A dedicated account manager. One person, reachable by email, who knows your file. Not a shared inbox and not a ticket queue.

Why this works differently for family law

Jurisdiction is the case. Family matters are filed at the county level, which makes proximity and county relevance weigh more heavily here than in industries where anyone can serve anyone. A firm two counties over is not a competitor for most of your searches, and a firm four blocks away is.

The research window is long and the decision is fast. Weeks of quiet reading, then a call placed within an hour of a decision. Content that only speaks to the moment of hiring misses the entire period when the choice was actually being made.

Free consultation is a heavily searched modifier, and many family firms deliberately charge for the first meeting to filter out shoppers. We do not assume either way, and we do not put a free consultation banner on a site that does not offer one.

The consultation to retainer rate is the number that matters. Traffic is just the input, and a page that brings in three serious readers is worth more than one that brings in thirty who were never going to call.

We are a marketing agency, not a law firm. Nothing here is legal or ethics advice, and your state bar governs what your firm can publish. Everything we write is delivered for your review before it goes anywhere.

04

The five step method

  1. 01

    Market review

Your county, the firms already ranking, and what they are ranking for.

  2. 02

    Keyword analysis

Terminal terms and the situational cluster behind each one, mapped to pages.

  3. 03

    On page checks

Structure, speed, schema, and the internal links nobody has looked at in years.

  4. 04

    Authority build

Placements built to the tier you chose, each one delivered with its URL.

  5. 05

    Report and refine

What moved, what did not, and what changes next month. In writing.

05

The report is the argument

This is the part that answers the price question. Every placement arrives with a URL you can open, so you never have to take our word for anything.

06

What this service is, plainly

Stated as a scope rather than as a benefit, because a lawyer reads a scope for what it excludes.

You are buying a fixed quantity of authority building, a fixed quantity of content, and an on page technical pass, delivered monthly and reported with a live URL for every item. That is the whole product.

You are not buying a strategist who attends your partner meetings, a media buyer, a brand exercise, a CRM integration, or somebody to answer your phone. Those are real services and other agencies sell them properly. They are not in this.

The work is done by people who do this across many accounts rather than by a team dedicated to yours. That is the reason it costs $325 instead of $5,000, and it is the honest trade: you get less attention and more transparency, and you get to check everything.

If after reading that you conclude you need the full service version, that is a correct conclusion and we would rather you reached it now. The guide on what this costs sets out what a larger retainer actually buys.

07

What makes this different

01

Every link arrives as a URL you can open

Not an impression, not a signal, not an initiative. A list with the live address of every placement, the domain authority of the host, and the keyword it supports. Ask any other agency for the same list and watch what happens.

02

We publish nothing without your sign off

Your firm carries the regulatory exposure for its own marketing communications, so your firm reads everything first. No queue, no timer, no piece that goes live because nobody replied.

03

The assets stay yours if you leave

No contract, no notice period, and nothing is removed when you stop paying. Canceling ends the next month rather than unwinding the last one. That is the difference between building an asset and renting a service.

04

We say no to work that will not help

If your intake is broken, if you need matters this quarter, or if your current site is structurally fine, we will tell you and you will keep your money. A firm that is not ready is a refund and a bad review waiting to happen.

05

We guarantee delivery and refuse to guarantee rankings

Search results are controlled by a third party whose systems change constantly. Anyone promising position is either guessing or lying, and a partner can tell the difference.

Questions

Which tier does a family law firm actually need?

Platinum in most cases. A firm competing on divorce, custody and a county name at the same time is running three fronts, and twenty keyword targets splits across them without covering any. Golden works for a solo practitioner in a single county with one practice focus. We would rather say that here than let you find out in month three.

What does the monthly report contain?

Every placement built that month, the live URL for each one, the domain authority of the host, and the target keyword it supports. It is a list rather than a dashboard, there is no login, and it takes about four minutes to read. You can open every link and check the work yourself.

Do you write the content, or do we?

We write it and your firm approves it before anything is published. Nothing goes live on your site or under your name without sign off. Where your state bar shapes what can be said, you tell us and we write to it.

What happens in the first month?

Market review, keyword and county mapping, and the on page checks come first, then the initial placements. Turnaround runs from eight to eighteen days depending on tier. That is delivery of the work, not results from it. Position changes take three to six months and longer on competitive county terms.

Is there a contract?

No. Every tier is month to month with no notice period, and canceling stops the next month rather than removing the last one. The placements stay published and keep working after you leave, because you own them.

What is a guest post, and why does the host domain authority matter?

A guest post is an article published on somebody else site that links back to yours, and the authority of that host is a rough proxy for how much weight the link carries. We build on DA 20+ hosts for guest posts and DA 50+ properties for web 2.0s. You can check both numbers yourself against the URLs in the report, which is the point of reporting them.

Will you work with a competitor in our county?

Not on the same primary terms. Two firms in one county targeting the same keyword set means we would be working against ourselves, and one of them would be paying for a fight we started. If your county is already taken, we will say so on the analysis rather than after you have paid.

What if our current agency has built bad links?

The toxic link check with disavow is included on Titanium and can be run as a one time piece of work on any tier. It matters more than most firms expect if a previous vendor bought volume from low quality sources, because that history does not disappear when the invoices stop.

Do you report on rankings at all?

We report what we built, because that is what we control. Position tracking is available and we will include it if you want it, but we do not lead with it, because a rank tracker showing movement on terms nobody searches is the oldest way to make a bad month look good.

Work out what it is worth before you spend anything.

The calculator uses your matter types, your fees and your volume, and shows the cost per additional matter signed. If the number does not justify the program, that is a useful answer.
