The page that answers the question at 1am is the page that gets the call in March.
Content for this practice is not blog filler. It is the set of pages that meet somebody weeks before they are ready to hire anyone, answer the thing they were actually searching, and leave them better informed whether or not they call you.
It is also the part of the program with the most compliance exposure, which is why the workflow puts your firm between the draft and the publish button every single time.
Nothing publishes without your sign off
This is a workflow commitment, not a courtesy. It exists because the firm carries the regulatory exposure for its own marketing communications, and no agency can carry it for you.
We research and draft
Keyword research against the situational cluster, then a draft written to answer one question directly in the first sentence.
You read it
The full piece arrives before anything is scheduled. Nothing is queued, nothing is pending, nothing publishes on a timer.
You mark it up
Change anything. Where your state shapes what can be said, tell us and we write to it. Revisions continue until you approve.
You approve, then it goes live
Only then. If a piece never gets approved, it never gets published, and we do not chase you about it.
Every piece is delivered to your firm for review before publication. We do not publish on a firm behalf without sign off. We are a marketing agency and not a law firm, we employ no attorneys, and nothing we write is legal or ethics advice. Confirm current advertising requirements with your state bar.
What a monthly plan costs
Twelve plans, priced by volume and length. Never priced per post, because a firm buying one article at a time is not building anything.
| Posts / month | 500 words | 1,000 words | 2,500 words |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 | $26/mo | $44/mo | $88/mo |
| 8 | $48/mo | $80/mo | $160/mo |
| 16 | $87/mo | $144/mo | $288/mo |
| 30 | $144/mo | $240/mo | $480/mo |
Every plan includes
- Keyword research for every piece
- SEO writing to the target term
- Posting directly to your site with author level access
- A featured image
- Revisions until you approve it
- Full ownership of everything written
What we write, and what we will not
Content in this practice touches subjects where the wrong register costs more than a poor ranking does.
What we write
- Situational pages answering one question directly in the first sentence.
- Process explanations covering how something generally works and what usually affects it.
- Cost and timeline pages, which are searched constantly and written badly almost everywhere.
- Comparison pages, such as mediation against litigation, framed on process rather than on outcome.
- Schedule and arrangement pages that use the names parents actually search by.
What we will not write
- Anything phrased as advice for a reader specific situation.
- Urgency devices on pages about custody, violence or emergencies.
- Claims about outcomes, which depend on facts nobody controls.
- Copy using specialist or expert, which are regulated in many states.
- Anything that treats a person in a difficult situation as a conversion opportunity.
The rule underneath both columns: explain how a process generally works, name the factors that usually matter, and be explicit that outcomes depend on the specific facts and on the state. Hedge the general, refer the specific to a consultation.
What this service is, plainly
You are buying a fixed number of pieces a month at a fixed length, researched against a keyword, written to answer one question, delivered for your approval, and published to your site once you say so. That is the entire product.
You are not buying an in house voice, a content strategist who sits in your meetings, an editorial calendar workshop, or somebody who will chase your partners for approvals. The plans are priced the way they are because none of that is in them.
The writing is done by people who write across many accounts. That is the honest trade behind twenty six dollars a month: less immersion in your firm, more transparency about what arrives, and an approval step that puts the standard entirely in your hands.
If a piece is not right, send it back. Revisions continue until you approve rather than stopping at a set number, and nothing publishes in the meantime. A firm that never approves anything simply never publishes anything, and we do not chase you about it.
What makes this different
Every link arrives as a URL you can open
Not an impression, not a signal, not an initiative. A list with the live address of every placement, the domain authority of the host, and the keyword it supports. Ask any other agency for the same list and watch what happens.
We publish nothing without your sign off
Your firm carries the regulatory exposure for its own marketing communications, so your firm reads everything first. No queue, no timer, no piece that goes live because nobody replied.
The assets stay yours if you leave
No contract, no notice period, and nothing is removed when you stop paying. Canceling ends the next month rather than unwinding the last one. That is the difference between building an asset and renting a service.
We say no to work that will not help
If your intake is broken, if you need matters this quarter, or if your current site is structurally fine, we will tell you and you will keep your money. A firm that is not ready is a refund and a bad review waiting to happen.
We guarantee delivery and refuse to guarantee rankings
Search results are controlled by a third party whose systems change constantly. Anyone promising position is either guessing or lying, and a partner can tell the difference.
Questions
Who approves the content before it goes live?
Your firm does, every time. Nothing is published on your behalf without sign off, and we do not ask a firm to accept copy it has not read. This is the single most important part of the workflow in this practice area, because a firm that publishes unreviewed marketing content is the one carrying the exposure, not the agency that wrote it.
Does the writer understand family law?
They understand how to explain a process clearly and how to hedge a general statement, which is what these pages need. They are not lawyers and the copy is never written as advice. Anything that turns on your state, your facts or your judgment is written to point at a consultation rather than to answer it.
What does posting directly to our site involve?
Author level access to your content management system, so pieces arrive formatted, with the featured image in place and internal links already set. If you would rather receive documents and publish them yourself, that works too and costs the same.
Do we own what you write?
Completely, and permanently. There is no license and nothing reverts. If you cancel, everything published stays published and everything drafted is yours. Revisions continue until you approve a piece rather than stopping at a set number.
How long should a piece be?
Long enough to answer the question completely and no longer. In this practice the 1,000 word plans suit most situational pages, because a reader wants the answer and the factors that affect it rather than an essay. The 2,500 word plans are for the cornerstone pages that need to cover a whole process end to end.
Will this read like it was written by a machine?
It is written to answer one question directly in the first sentence, which is the opposite of the padded introduction that makes copy read as generated. Whether that succeeds is your call to make on every piece before it publishes, and the revision cycle exists precisely so you can send back anything that does not sound like your firm.
Can we supply the substance and have you handle the rest?
That is the strongest arrangement we have found, particularly for firms with genuine depth. An attorney supplies fifteen minutes of dictated notes or a marked up draft, and we handle structure, targeting, internal linking and publication. It produces pages neither side would produce alone, and approval comes back much faster.
What happens to unpublished drafts if we cancel?
They are yours. Everything drafted, everything published, and everything in revision belongs to your firm outright, with no license and nothing that reverts. Canceling ends the next month rather than unwinding anything already delivered.
Do you write for the AI assistants people ask first?
The same discipline serves both. A page that answers a specific question directly in its first sentence, without a preamble, is the page a reader scanning at midnight wants and the passage an assistant is most likely to cite. Nobody can buy placement in an AI answer, and any agency claiming otherwise is selling something that does not exist.
How do you decide what to write next?
From the content gap analysis and from your own consultations. The questions people actually ask in a first meeting are the questions they searched the week before, and most firms have that information and never write it down. Ten minutes with whoever handles your intake usually produces a better list than any keyword tool.
