Privacy and Your Inquiry
Updated October 31, 2026. This page explains how Divorce Lawyer SEO handles information you submit to this site.
What you send us
Forms collect your name, email, firm, website and the information you choose to include about your practice. Phone numbers are optional except when requesting a phone call. A conversation request includes your preferred day, time and call type. The calculator can send your entered assumptions and its breakdown. A chat inquiry includes the question and conversation supplied with it. Please do not include confidential client or case information.
Why we keep it
We use your information to answer the request, prepare an analysis or quote, and arrange requested conversations. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We send an email acknowledgment and a notification to the team.
Services that process requests
Vercel hosts the site. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse and may process browser and network information. Brevo handles email and the contact list. Supabase stores a private copy of the lead before the email is attempted, so a failed notification can be recovered. These services process information needed for their functions.
Retention and requests
The private lead store has a 24-month retention policy. Email correspondence and contact records may remain while needed to manage your inquiry or client relationship; that policy does not promise automatic deletion from every mailbox. Email support@divorcelawyerseo.company to request access, correction or deletion, and we will review the request.
Browser storage
The assistant may keep the conversation in session storage for the current browser tab. Calculator settings can appear in the page URL. This site does not currently use advertising analytics. A Do Not Track setting does not change the security verification or information you choose to submit.
